e-devotion adds Advent swatch

e-devotion: 12 December 2012 -- E-devotion, which was announced recently through this medium, sought practical assistance by way of resource material for one or other of its prayer pages. This appeal found ready and generous response from Don Bosco Publications in Bolton, UK.

Fr David O'Malley SDB, had already tried his hand at a swatch a year or two back - a simple collection of prayers which people can keep in their (large!) pocket, pull out and use in groups or individually. Not just prayers: a prayer and an activity.  It has been so successful in the Catholic and Anglican community that they decided to try another one, an Advent and Christmas Swatch.  The Advent part (one side of the swatch) is now available, slightly re-designed, in e-devotion.  Why not tyr it for your personal Advent preparation.  If Don Bosco Publications are happy with what we have done they might also allow us to include the Christmas side!

And you will also note that the prayers are beginning to come in. It took a while to set up the technical part for receiving, sorting and publishing prayers in whatever language they arrive in, but it's now in place. Why not give that a try as well?
