CANLUBANG:
3 May 2012 - Our
practical
trainees in Canlubang, Laguna Philippines, Bros. Oliver,
Dennis and Donnie renewed their vows today during the Mass in
honor of
Sts. Philip and James. The celebration became a much bigger
event
because our six brothers (Brs. Nino, Jake, Rodil, Edcel, Luis
and
Jerome) in the Postnovitiate Community joined them as they
also renewed
their vows.
The rite of the renewal was presided by Fr. Godofredo Atienza,
SDB, a
former novice master to most of the brothers who renewed their
vows. The seminarians witnessed the solemn event.
The two rectors of the two formation communities, Fr. Gerry
Martin, SDB
(Prenovitiate) and Fr. Charles Manlangit, SDB
(Postnovitiate)
were delegated by the FIN Provincial Superior Fr. Eli Cruz to
receive
them on behalf of the Rector Major.
The three practical trainees are all assigned in Don Bosco
Canlubang.
